2) Screening Interview (Remote-Readiness & Communication)
A recruiter assesses spoken and written English, async communication discipline, motivation, and stability. We verify work history. Approximately 60% of sourced candidates pass this stage.
3) Technical Assessment
Practical task (90–120 min): A senior engineer (not a recruiter) runs a 60-minute technical interview matched to the candidate’s claimed depth.
