Software QA Manager

Our client is getting busy building their new Quality Assurance team! As the Software QA Manager, you'll be helping them configure the team and processes to ensure that everything runs smoothly right from the start. 
 
 
You'll be:
  • Producing QA processes and procedures within their continuous delivery process
  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the QA Team
  • Collaborating with other QA testing partners
  • Running point on testing metrics within the company
  • Recommending and implementing enhancements in the testing process, and improvements in software for UX
  • Keeping tabs on new testing tools and test strategies
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide necessary feedback
  • Produce thorough, well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Design, develop and implement automated regression tests
  • Review and document bugs and errors found in tests
 Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Software QA manager
  • Strong communication skills
  • Consistent organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with testing tools related to JIRA and Azure DevOps pipelines is a plus
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools like Selenium and/or testproject.io is a plus
