Junior to Mid-level UX/UI Designer

Our client is a forward-thinking company specializing in smart marketing cloud solutions that seamlessly unite marketing data and tools for their customers. Their innovative product launch platform offers a wide range of products, some of which require a fresh perspective, while others demand entirely new pages. Their primary focus centers on the advertising sector, serving predominantly advertising companies and marketing-oriented businesses.

They are thrilled to welcome a Junior or Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to their team. In this integral role, you'll work closely with their Senior Product Designer, assisting with communication between product managers and occasionally collaborating with the development team and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to extract project specifications and user requirements.
• Engage closely with the engineering team to establish design consensus and provide essential support, concepts, and assets.
• Maintain and enhance their Design System to ensure seamless consistency and scalability.
• Drive iterative improvements in the visual design components of the platform to enhance user experience.
• Create both high and low-fidelity prototypes and wireframe sketches.
• Lead user research and usability testing efforts, collecting valuable feedback from their customer base.
• Organize and moderate work sessions, fostering open lines of communication among team members.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• A portfolio featuring comprehensive case studies emphasizing your direct contributions to the projects.
• Experience working with tools such as Figma, Dovetail, Fullstory, or Pendo.
