Customer Service Representative

What did the bear say when he called customer service? – Just bear with me here.

We certainly don't need someone who can talk with bears…yet – but we're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with amazing verbal and writing English skills. This company produces hardware for IT service providers, and they're looking for someone who can handle communication with stakeholders and support customers by providing practical solutions. 

Your responsibilities will be:

• Handle conversations with distributors via phone and email to order items.
• Process orders in an eCommerce system
• Manage customer calls about orders, quotations, or products.
• Prepare customer quotes and follow-up on open quotations
• Route incoming calls, emails, or tickets to the correct team or individual
• Create accounts for new customers and prepare welcome emails.
• Provide customer refunds.

What you'll need to succeed:

• A self-driven personality.
• Solid understanding of IT industry-related terms
• Ability to identify computer components and related peripherals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Do you know what a quote is? Or a purchase order? You should be comfortable working with sales terms on a daily basis.
• Ability to create procedure documents (this is a plus!)
• Customer Service IT-related experience (this is a plus!)
